Arap yar\u0131m adas\u0131nda&nbsp;<strong>ABD<\/strong>\u2019ye ait \u00fcslerin bulundu\u011fu \u00fclkelerden;&nbsp;<strong>\u0130srail, Katar, BAE, Bahreyn, Irak, Kuveyt<\/strong>\u2019te sald\u0131r\u0131dan nasiplenen \u00fclkeler aras\u0131ndayd\u0131.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu durumda akl\u0131m\u0131za gelen ilk \u015fey&nbsp;<strong>T\u00fcrkiye<\/strong>&nbsp;s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde bulunan&nbsp;<strong>ABD<\/strong>\u2019ye ait askeri \u00fcslerin bulundu\u011fu.&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Adana \u0130ncirlik<\/strong>&nbsp;ve&nbsp;<strong>Malatya K\u00fcrecik<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00fcsleri hal\u0131 haz\u0131rda \u0130ran\u2019dan israil\u2019e gelecek sald\u0131r\u0131larda \u00f6nemli stratejik askeri unsurlar olarak rol oynayacaklard\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u0130ran<\/strong>&nbsp;madem&nbsp;<strong>ABD<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00fcslerinin bulundu\u011fu nerdeyse b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fclkelere f\u00fcze sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 d\u00fczenlediyse T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ayn\u0131 \u00fcslere ev sahipli\u011fi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in iran sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131nda hedef olur mu?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u015eayet b\u00f6yle bir sald\u0131r\u0131 program\u0131 devreye ge\u00e7irilirse ilk olarak \u0130ran\u2019a co\u011frafya olarak daha yak\u0131n konumda bulunan Malatya K\u00fcrecik radar \u00dcss\u00fc ilk hedef olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131 ihtimalini konu\u015faca\u011f\u0131z bu yaz\u0131da.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00dcss\u00fcn amac\u0131 ve g\u00f6revlerini \u015f\u00f6yle \u00f6zetleyebiliriz:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;<em>Balistik f\u00fcze erken uyar\u0131 sistemi olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>-Orta Do\u011fu\u2019dan gelebilecek olas\u0131 f\u00fcze tehditlerini \u00f6nceden tespit etmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>-Elde edilen radar verileri NATO komuta merkezlerine iletmektedir.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her ne kadar \u00fcss\u00fcn elde etti\u011fi bilgileri&nbsp;<strong>NATO<\/strong>\u2019ya aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feklinde ifade edilse de as\u0131l misyonu, birinci elden g\u00f6revi ilk olarak \u0130srail\u2019le bilgilerin payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde ciddi bir \u015fehir efsanesinin dilden dile dola\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E\u011fer&nbsp;<strong>K\u00fcrecik<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00dcss\u00fc israil\u2019e \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorsa hedef olma riskini olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek k\u0131vama getirece\u011fi\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di\u011fer yandan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin do\u011fusunda, Malatya\u2019n\u0131n K\u00fcrecik b\u00f6lgesinde kurulan K\u00fcrecik Radar \u00dcss\u00fc, y\u0131llard\u0131r hem yerel hem de uluslararas\u0131 kamuoyunda tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n merkezinde yer al\u0131yordu. Resm\u00ee olarak bir savunma sistemi unsuru olarak tan\u0131mlansa da, \u00fcss\u00fcn i\u015flevi, kime hizmet etti\u011fi ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye etkileri yo\u011fun \u015fekilde halen sorgulan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00fcrecik \u00dcss\u00fc; Kas\u0131m&nbsp;<strong>2010<\/strong>&#8216;daki&nbsp;<strong>NATO Lizbon<\/strong>&nbsp;zirvesinde, t\u00fcm ittifak \u00fcyelerini kapsayan bir balistik f\u00fcze savunma sistemi kurmak i\u00e7in stratejik bir plan yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.&nbsp;<strong>NATO<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00fcyesi bir devlet olarak, T\u00fcrk h\u00fck\u00fbmeti kendi topraklar\u0131nda erken uyar\u0131 radar sisteminin kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 onaylam\u0131\u015f, ancak radar istasyonunda toplanan t\u00fcm bilgilerin&nbsp;<strong>NATO<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00fcyesi \u00fclkeler taraf\u0131ndan kesinlikle kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 konusunda \u0131srar etmi\u015fti.<br><br>Eyl\u00fcl&nbsp;<strong>2011<\/strong>&#8216;de kesin \u015fartlar konusunda bir anla\u015fma imzaland\u0131.&nbsp;<strong>2012<\/strong>\u2019de \u00fcs kuruldu.&nbsp;<strong>T\u00fcrkiye<\/strong>&nbsp;ve&nbsp;<strong>ABD<\/strong>yetkilileri,&nbsp;<strong>Malatya&nbsp;<\/strong>ilinin<strong>&nbsp;Ak\u00e7ada\u011f<\/strong>&nbsp;il\u00e7esine ba\u011fl\u0131&nbsp;<strong>K\u00fcrecik<\/strong>&nbsp;buca\u011f\u0131 yak\u0131nlar\u0131nda uygun bir yer belirledi.&nbsp;<strong>1960<\/strong>&#8216;larda ala<strong>n SSCB<\/strong>&nbsp;hava sahas\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6zetimi i\u00e7in bir radar \u00fcss\u00fcne ev sahipli\u011fi yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Yani k\u00f6kleri&nbsp;<strong>1960<\/strong>\u2019lara Rus\u2019lar\u0131 izlemeye kadar uzanan bir tarih\u00e7esi vard\u0131.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00fcrecik, Malatya&#8217;n\u0131n&nbsp;<strong>59 km<\/strong>&nbsp;(37 mi) bat\u0131s\u0131nda yer almakta; radar istasyonu da&nbsp;<strong>2,085&nbsp;<\/strong>m (6,841 ft) y\u00fckseklikte&nbsp;<strong>\u00c7at Tepe<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00fczerinde bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O nedenle y\u0131llardan beri baz\u0131 siyasi parti yetkilileri (<strong><em>Vatan Partisi, H\u00fcda-Par, Yeniden Refah Partisi, Saadet Partisi<\/em><\/strong><em>)<\/em>&nbsp;STK\u2019lardan (<strong><em>T\u00fcrkiye Gen\u00e7lik Birli\u011fi TGB, IHH, Mazlum Der, Emek ve Demokrasi platformu<\/em><\/strong><em>)<\/em>, Baz\u0131 m\u00fcnferit Gazeteciler ve&nbsp;&nbsp;yerelde sivil kurulu\u015flar ABD ve \u0130srail\u2019e kar\u015f\u0131 \u0131srarla K\u00fcrecik \u00dcss\u00fcn\u00fcn kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in giri\u015fimde bulunduklar\u0131 kamuoyuna yans\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alt\u0131 \u00e7izilmesi gereken c\u00fcmle \u015fu ki; \u0130ran ABD \u00fcsleri bulunan t\u00fcm b\u00f6lgeleri ay\u0131rtmaks\u0131z\u0131n vurdu\u011fu yeni bir sava\u015f sath\u0131na girdik.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u015eimdi baz\u0131 okuyucular derki \u0130ran T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye sald\u0131ramaz, g\u00f6z\u00fc kesmez, bunu yapamaz gibi fikirler \u00f6ne s\u00fcrebilir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kediyi k\u00f6\u015feye s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r, ka\u00e7acak yer b\u0131rakmasan y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc t\u0131rmalarken g\u00f6r\u00fcrs\u00fcn misali bir teoriyi de g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurmal\u0131y\u0131z.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00f6z\u00fcn \u00f6z\u00fc;&nbsp;<strong>k\u00fcrecik \u00fcss\u00fc muhakkak \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n g\u00fcndeminde yer alacakt\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc K\u00fcrecik Radar \u00dcss\u00fc, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin do\u011fusunda yer almas\u0131na ra\u011fmen yaln\u0131zca yerel ya da ulusal bir asker\u00ee tesis de\u011fil.&nbsp;<strong>Bu \u00fcs, NATO erken uyar\u0131 savunma mimarisinin kritik halkalar\u0131ndan biridir.<\/strong>&nbsp;Bu nedenle \u00f6zellikle \u0130ran a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zaman zaman tart\u0131\u015fma ve tehdit s\u00f6ylemlerinin merkezinde yer al\u0131r. Peki ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i soruyu sormak gerekirse:&nbsp;<strong>\u0130ran ger\u00e7ekten K\u00fcrecik \u00dcss\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc vurur mu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6yleki K\u00fcrecik T\u00fcrkiye topraklar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde yer al\u0131r. \u0130ran a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu durum, kendi f\u00fcze kapasitesinin \u00f6nceden izlenmesi ve etkisizle\u015ftirilmesi anlam\u0131na gelir.
